Ndavichi Unene
Ndavichi Unene, is a visual artist hailing from Lusaka, Zambia. Although
born in the village of Tsamaya in Botswana, he has strong roots in Zambia. Growing up amidst the
rural beauty of Botswana, Ndavichi draws inspiration from imaginative landscapes, capturing nature's
essence through his artistic lens. With a portfolio showcasing his talent, he has participated in
numerous local exhibitions, including the Cynthia Zuka Young Emerging Artist Award in 2020, where
he claimed the 3rd prize.
Exploring the use of recycled materials, Ndavichi creates captivating 3-D
objects and deeply contrasting paintings. Additionally, he is a qualified Art and English Teacher from
Evelyn Hone College .
