James jay sticks
James banda well known as james jay sticks, started playing drums in 2013 at a local church called (PENTECOST HOLINESS CHURCH) and his inspiration was from streams for gospel music/drummers like Aaron spears,Calvin Rodgers,kasonde sunkutu and my menter gabirea ndumba. He intends to keep playing drums and develop it as his main instrument.
And he also took part on playing Tradition drums with the group called (Isuka mini dance troup)cause i feel like music its something which i was born with,so he has been doing this culture music like for 14 years now, and he started culture in 2008 at the school called (TWATASHA PRIMARY SCHOOL) thats when he use to go for NASAZ school festivals competition and he got a certificate as a best drummer of the year in 2012 ,and he also did a musical workshop treaning with the MODZI ARTS ZAMROCK.
