Annicious Muyaluka aka Sunnyboy292 is a Zambian bass guitarist from Lusaka, Zambia. He describes himself as an emotional bass player who always ensures he adds his soul into every piece he plays, getting his listeners to feel and enjoy the music. He has found and proven that this technique of strumming each string as though it was his last really engages his audience to want to listen more.
Sunny’s wide genre of music he can play sets him along the path of becoming one of Zambia’s great instrumentalists. He currently is able to play Jazz, Afro jazz, Afro pop, traditional music, gospel and funk. However, this rage does not limit his explorations as he has taken on Zamrock as a genre to add to the list.
His interst for Zamrock came about after he attended the Modzi Arts Zamrock Museum residency in Lusaka Zambia, hosted by Modzi Arts. Attending such programs are a clear sign of commitment by Sunny to develop his skill further.
Sunny is a memeber of a music group called “The Unleashed Band”. Some of the great Zambian artists the band has played for include Racheal and Seya Fundafunda.
